Judge orders parrot to appear in court

An African Grey Parrot must appear in court to help solve the case of its rightful owner.

Apparently this parrot flew away three years ago and now there is a custody battle over it.

Parrot appearing on the stand? I believe that this is straight out of a Phoenix Wright Nintendo DS game.
