Obama has stated that the G20 agreement will be a turning point. The 20 Countries pledged $1 trillion for the International Monetary Fund, the World Bank and other global institutions for individual countries to draw on to restore credit, economic growth and jobs.
Will this help our economy? Is the recession over? Will this really hep create jobs?
